Food delicious, service rude. Arrived at 10:40 p.m. and was advised that it was already over, although they still had to serve according to opening times. I'm disappointed.

Doner kebab was mega well filled and everything tasted good, the zaziki was mega good .... the pizza was slightly crisp and the sauce was super good .... the way was worth it. The pizza just great. In addition, the sales area was well-kept and clean. You can go here and feel good. The staff was very friendly . I am thrilled and will definitely be back 😘

Today, the third time and certainly the last time been disappointed by this shop. 1 times ordered by WhatsApp ... This was simply not read and confirmed. 30 minutes later then called and pointed to the WhatsApp, came quite rude, I should let that, they are hardly or almost not read, better call and order. My objection, why you offer it then was not answered. Well, during the call the WhatsApp was read and said it took about 1 hour. Dönerrollo taste ok, but it was a folded pizza. The same with chicken roller blind from 1std waiting time was 1.5 hrs 2 times ordered by phone. Tasty well. Hot?? Rather lukewarm. Waiting time 45 min. After more than 1 hour Called when the food is expected to come, still takes a little, would be Sunday and a lot to do. Today the 3rd and last time Ordered by phone, on my question as the waiting time is 30-45 min. Called after 70 minutes where the food stays, it is Sunday a lot to do, the driver just on the way. Ok then I wait just then would have to be there then in the next 5-10 min. No 2 minutes later call from Pizzeria, the driver would have returned because no name would be on the bell ... hääää, my name is clearly on the bell. 18 minutes later, pizza driver comes, rings and says ... wrong name was written down (jotereit), yes, that's why he could now ring properly. Food then, lukewarm ... together folded pizza that was so hard on the edges that you almost broke your teeth. Pizza with tuna? Everything else, but no tuna and disgusting burned. We do not want to talk about the other 2 pizzas. For us this shop has done.

Horrible. Wanted to order 2 pizza rolls there today and then after waiting half an hour decided to go to another pizzeria. Staff uncoordinated and in a bad mood. Never go there again.

I do not know what everyone has, but reviews are usually only written if the angry citizen has to voice his outrage online. I have always tasted very good at Italia! So please do not be influenced by bad reviews but try it yourself! :-)
